التي تجعلها مناسبة للغاية للتطبيقات التكنولوجية ككاشفات ضوئية.

   في هذا المشروع ، نعتزم استكشاف الخصائص المختلفة لبعض المواد القائمة على المعادن القلوية

Les matériaux à base des métaux alcalins sont composés  semi-conducteurs, caractérisés par une grande efficacité quantique qui les rend très approprié pour des applications technologiques comme photodétecteurs.

  Dans ce projet, on compte faire une investigation des différentes propriétés des certaines matériaux à base des métaux alcalins
