Abstract

Abstract: 

clinical experience has led me to the fact that the birth of an autistic child in the familly leads to many problems and fractures  in the familly environment becaus after suffering the shoc of the daignosis the mother my be led to adopt a psychological organization that can be determined by a series of abnormal behavoiral manifestations suggesting signs of psychaitric desorder following this observation our clinical study focused on narsissim in mothers of autistic childern the study was carried out in egit  clinical cases using the clinical approach  wich depends on the following tools : clinical interview, observation network rorschach and TAT.

لقد قادتني الخبرة العيادية إلي أن قدوم طفل توحدي في الأسرة يؤدي إلي الكتير من المشكلات والتصدعات في الوسط الأسري ،فبعد تلقي صدمة التشخيص قد تتجه الأم الي تنظيم نفسي يمكن أن يحدد من خلال مجموعة من التي توحي بوجود شروخا على مستوى الجهاز النفسي ، ومن خلال هاته الملاحظة ارتأينا أن تتمحور دراستنا على النرجسية لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد دراسة عيادية حيث تمت الدراسة على ثمانية حلات عيادية معتمدين في .ذلك على المنهج العيادي بالاستعانة بالادوات التالية : المقابلة العيادية ، الملاحظة العيادية ، اختباري الرورشاخ وتفهم الموضوع

léxpérience clinique m'a  conduite au fait que l'avénement d' un enfant autiste  dans la famille entraine de nombreux problémes et des fractures  dans la millieux famillaile car aprés avoir subit le choc du daignostique la mére peut éter conduite a adopter une organization psychologique qui peut éter déterminnée par une série de manifestations comportementales anormales suggérant  des singes de trouble psychaitrique apres cette observation notre etude clinique a porté sur le narsissme chez les méres d' enfants autistes , létude a été réalisée sur huit cas cliniques en utulisant l' approche cliniques qui  dépend des outils suivants : entretein clinique , observation clinique , le test de rorschach et TAA
