Abstract

Abstract: 

The main objective of this thesis is to valorize organic waste from the agri-food industry through co-composting techniques, by associating them with other by-products of diverse origins, in order to produce a biofertilizer (biocompost) that can serve as an alternative to chemical fertilizers. Our objective is to develop innovative ideas that optimize the composting process, through the use of high-performance microbial strains, the addition of catalytic agents, and the integration of new technologies, aiming to accelerate compost production while improving its agronomic qualities.

Moreover, composting, as an ecological technique, plays an important role in the economic valorization of biofertilizers. It allows for the treatment of waste, which poses a real danger to human health and the environment.

الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الأطروحة هو استغلال النفايات العضوية القادمة من الصناعة الغذائية من خلال تقنيات انتاج المستسمد المعزز، بدمجها مع منتجات ثانوية أخرى من أصول متنوعة، بهدف إنتاج سماد حيوي (مستسمد حيوي) يمكن أن يكون بديلاً للأسمدة الكيميائية. هدفنا هو تطوير أفكار مبتكرة تسمح بتحسين عملية انتاج المستسمد، من خلال استخدام سلالات ميكروبية فعالة، وإضافة عوامل محفزة، ودمج تقنيات جديدة، بهدف تسريع إنتاج السماد العضوي مع تحسين خصائصه الزراعية. علاوة على ذلك، يلعب المستسمد، كونه تقنية بيئية، دورًا مهمًا في القيمة الاقتصادية للأسمدة الحيوية. يسمح بمعالجة النفايات، التي تمثل خطرًا حقيقيًا على صحة الإنسان والبيئة.

L'objectif principal de cette thèse est de valoriser les déchets organiques provenant de l'industrie agroalimentaire par des techniques de co-compostage, en les associant à d'autres sous-produits d'origines diverses, afin de produire un biofertilisant (biocompost) qui pourra servir d'alternative aux fertilisants chimiques. Notre objectif est de développer des idées innovantes permettant l'optimisation du processus de compostage, grâce à l'utilisation de souches microbiennes performantes, l'ajout d'agents catalyseurs et l'intégration de nouvelles technologies, vise à accélérer la production de compost tout en améliorant ses qualités agronomiques.

De plus, le compostage, en tant que technique écologique, joue un rôle important dans la valorisation économique des biofertilisants. Il permet de traiter les déchets, qui représentent un véritable danger pour la santé humaine et l'environnement.
