Abstract

Abstract: 

The study of the legal system of patents aims at highlighting the current status of patents in Algerian legislation, in addition to other legislation, namely the Egyptian and French legislations, through the definition of patents and clarifying the legal conditions for their acquisition, and the implications of granting them with the ways and means Protect her.

تهدف دراسة النظام القانوني لبراءة الاختراع إلى إبراز الوضعية الحالية لبراءات الاختراع في التشريع الجزائري إضافة إلى تشريعات أخرى، و بالتحديد التشريعين المصري و الفرنسي، من خلال التعريف ببراءات الاختراع و توضيح الشروط القانونية لاكتسابها،و ما يترتب على منحها من آثار مع بيان سبل و وسائل حمايتها

L'étude du système juridique des brevets vise à mettre en évidence le statut actuel des brevets dans la législation algérienne, ainsi que d'autres législations, à savoir les législations égyptienne et française, à travers la définition des brevets et la clarification des conditions juridiques de leur acquisition, ainsi que les conséquences de leur attribution avec les voies et moyens Protégez-la.
